Why, hello jewellery fans!

It's been a while.  I've been too busy making jewellery to blog about it (or tidy my house) just lately.

Suddenly access to a very fancy laser cutting machine has taken my work in a new COLOURFUL direction, which has been very diverting and strangely compulsive.

New work and old favourites will be on show this weekend at the Pullens Yards Open Studios (@pullensYards).  I'm in Clements Yard on Iliffe Street, 1st studio on the left, sharing with the massively talented artist Amy Mordan and Richard the bicycle genius.  I'll be there on Saturday and Sunday.

The following week on Saturday 14th December I'm at the Primrose Hill Designer Sale, St Mary the Virgin, Elsworthy Road, NW3.  Venturing north of the river - madness!  It's a lovely big church hall with a varied group of designers of all sorts, and very nice soup made by Alex Monroe's mum.

Hopefully I'll manage to get some new work on the website soon, but my webmaster has hit the ski-slopes for a while, so who knows when....

I've only gone and done it

A mere 5 years after starting up I've finally got with the twenty first century and have 'done' a website.  Well, I didn't do it Jon Freeman did (he's very good if anyone out there wants a site built).

Now, having once drunkenly stated that only people with humungous egos wrote blogs (I said it to a blogger of course, there was no second date), here I am writing ludicrously long sentences and throwing them into the void.

I expect I'll write more.....   eventually.
